Darren Dougan
Chief Executive Officer
Darren has significant experience in senior executive roles across a diverse set of industries and corporate structures both in Australia and the United States. As Chief Executive Officer, Darren is responsible for all of Hindmarsh’s business activities including construction, property development, retirement, parking and property financing. Prior to joining Hindmarsh, Darren was the co-founder and CFO of Rex Airlines. Darren also held senior positions at Qantas and the strategy consulting firm Bain & Company. Darren holds an MBA (Kellogg) and Engineering and Science degrees (Queensland University). |

Gerry Ryan
Chief Financial Officer
Gerry joined Hindmarsh in 2008 as a Senior Development Manager and took on the Chief Financial Officer role in February 2009. He has over 25 years experience as an accountant in the professional, commercial and public sectors, most recently as a senior executive in the property development industry.
Before joining Hindmarsh he was General Manager Corporate and Finance for the ACT Land Development Agency and was appointed as a Government representative to the Boards of Management of large residential and urban mixed use development joint ventures in the ACT. Gerry is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors - Australia. |

Rowan Hindmarsh
General Manager - Hindmarsh Parking & Capital
Rowan is responsible for all the activities of the Capital and Parking divisions at Hindmarsh. This covers the sourcing of investment and funding opportunities for Hindmarsh and it’s clients within the property sector. Parking is focused on the operations of ezipark and the sourcing of car park ownership and development opportunities such as BOOT’s.
Previously Rowan worked in China managing Hindmarsh’s investment in a car parking joint venture and exploring other growth opportunities in Asia around retirement and residential property development. Prior to joining Hindmarsh, Rowan spent 6 years working as a project manger with Accenture working with clients such as AMP, and UBS locally and in London. |

National General Manager - Construction
Mèdy is a highly experienced property professional specialising in the delivery of major special purpose and public works. Medy is a professional managing contractor and project manager with proven experience in development, design, construction and management of major complex projects. He has developed expertise in all phases of Property and Development Delivery including feasibility and start up, value and risk management, client briefing, project initiation, design, project development, documentation, tendering, project funding, contracts, construction, post construction services and WOL (whole of life) strategies. |

David Colbertaldo

David joined Hindmarsh in 1994. Since that time David has gained considerable experience in all facets of project delivery including, design, documentation, contract administration, construction management and project management. |

Brad Newton
General Manager, ezipark
Brad has been involved in the commercial property and parking industry for over eight years. Brad has held senior industry positions including the Vice President of the Parking Association of Australia and is currently the General Manager of ezipark, an Australian owned and operated car park management company. ezipark is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hindmarsh Group. Previously, Brad was a National Manager for Westfield Limited overseeing a multi-site commercial property portfolio. During his time at Westfield, Brad managed the existing portfolio, introduced controlled parking at Greenfield Shopping Centre sites and automated manual Car Park systems. Brad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma of Business (Management) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. |

Brett Smith

Brett began working in the Design and Construction industry in 1989. He has extensive and diverse project management experience in various fields of employment including property development, construction and defence industries. Erik Boddeus

Erik is Manager Operations for Hindmarsh Living and has overall responsibility for the retirement living division of the Hindmarsh Group. Erik has over 20 years experience in the management of Aged Care Facilities and Retirement Villages both in Australia and in The Netherlands. In The Netherlands Erik held various management positions with the largest aged care service provider in Utrecht, The Netherlands’ fourth largest city. Before joining the Hindmarsh Group in August 2007, he worked with Australian Unity Retirement Living Services in Sydney. Erik is a member of the NSW/ACT Retirement Village Association Committee and a member of the ACT Retirement Villages Code Administration Committee. In 2006 Erik was awarded the NSW/ACT Retirement Village Association Manager of the Year Award. |

Colleen began working in Human Resources in 1988, and has extensive and diverse HR management experience in various industries including construction mining, aviation, finance pharmaceutical, hospitality and security. Colleen joined Hindmarsh in 2008.
