Discovery House Stage 2, Phillip

The building consists of 5 floors totalling 10,500sqm of commercial office space and is linked on all floors to the existing Discovery House building constructed in 1994. The building features 2 basement levels with 239 car bays. A café is located in the centre of the development.

The building was awarded a 4 Star Green Star – Office "As Built" v2 Certified Rating, as well as a ABGR rating of 4.5 which represents 'Best Practice' in sustainable construction. The extension enabled IP Australia to centralise all its operations into one building.
