Bellerive Retirement Community Under Construction
Construction of Stage 1 of Bellerive in Lyons ACT has commenced, with works on the villas well underway. Stage 1 of Bellerive consists of 27 single storey villas, 16 apartments and the Leisure Centre. Over half of this stage has been sold since release with interest in the development remaining strong, new applications being received every month. Plans are under way to install a fibre network to deliver all communication services to each home. This means that we are able to provide residents with the latest technology when it comes to emergency response, television, telephony and data.
