The Employee Assistance Program is a confidential mental health and wellbeing service, and is offered to all staff free of charge.

Industry Participation

Women who work in our Construction department are eligible for a nominee membership of the National Association of Women in Construction under our Corporate Membership.

Our referral program has been designed so our current employees can play an active role in enhancing the calibre of our staff. Current employees who successfully refer a person for employment at Hindmarsh may be eligible for a bonus payment.
