The new 57-61 Wyatt Street will comprise six floors of office space covering 3,870m2 in total, as well as two ground floor tenancies of 75m2 and 220m2 fronting Wyatt Street which will be suitable for a variety of functions including food and beverage, retail or commercial. The potential exists for each office floor to be split into two office tenancies.

The alfresco terrace level located on the roof top will provide unique meeting and entertaining environment for building occupants.
 
The building will include a host of environmental features to target a minimum 4.5 Star NABERS rating. There will be basement bike parking facilities for 42 bikes as well as change rooms, showers and lockers.
 
The project is being undertaken by Hindmarsh Development, with Hindmarsh Construction responsible for the delivery.
