Hindmarsh have entered into an agreement with the Returned & Services League of Australia to redevelop their National Headquarters at 81 Constitution Avenue which they have occupied since the late 1940's. The RSL will continue their occupancy of a significant portion of the new building upon completion.

The redevelopment will be the cornerstone of the National Capital Authority’s Griffin Legacy initiative and provide much needed accommodation for the RSL to continue its public and executive functions. There will also be high quality meeting and function areas and publicly accessible rooms such as the
elevated Reflection Centre, Library and main foyer.

The new building is designed to achieve 5 star energy efficiency requirements under the Green Star and NABERS standards.

Hindmarsh is offering the remaining balance of the building of approximately 18,000m² NLA to the market for lease, with the building being the closest commercial office space to the Russell defence precinct.

Provision has also been made for a café and/or child care centre to occupy the ground floor, subject to market demand.
