Bellerive is being developed as a joint venture with the land owner; that is the ACT Disability, Housing and Community Services Department. On completion, the project will be managed and operated by Hindmarsh Living.

The development has attracted a high level of interest due to its close proximity to the Woden Town Centre and its park-like setting. The majority of the first stage was sold on release.

Stage 1 of the development comprises 27 single storey villas, each with open plan living areas, ensuites, courtyards and lock-up garages. The completion of Stage 1 will also comprise a 16 unit apartment building with a community leisure centre for the use of residents and their guests.

The community centre incorporates a café, library, hairdresser, TV lounge, as well as medical suite facilities. On-site staff provide 24/7 alarm and security monitoring.

Stage 2 of the development will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom apartment style residences with secure parking and lift access to all apartments.
