Woden Green is a medium to long term staged development being undertaken as a joint venture with the ACT Land Development Agency.

Located on the eastern side of the Woden Town centre, this mixed-use development will incorporate office, retail and residential buildings.

Stage One will consist of the first stage of the residential sector "Avoca" Apartments comprising 179 apartments, a 17,000m² NLA office building is planned for construction on Callam Street. 

Stage Two will follow with a further 200 apartments and a projected 25,000m² NLA commercial office block on Wilbow Street.

The final development is projected to include up to 700 residential apartments, a retirement community as well as retail and community spaces.
