Hindmarsh Capital was established to deliver real estate development and investment opportunities to wholesale investors, high net worth individuals, families and institutions.   A fully owned subsidiary of Hindmarsh, Hindmarsh Capital is the holder of Australian Financial Services License number 415657. 
Hindmarsh Capital raises funds to invest in the pipeline of Hindmarsh property developments and also to purchase investment properties with long-term redevelopment potential.  Other Hindmarsh subsidiaries often co-invest with Hindmarsh Capital clients.
Hindmarsh Capital has a strong history of arranging successful joint venture partnerships with co-investors, which have included both government and private sector enterprises. Representative joint ventures include a $500 million residential development in Canberra, a $50 million  retirement development in Canberra and a $165 million commercial redevelopment in Adelaide. Equity IRRs for completed projects have ranged between 15% and 30% per annum.
Hindmarsh Capital has also managed and co-invested in a highly successful Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) involving the ownership of a commercial property, tenanted by a Federal Government agency.  The property was acquired by Hindmarsh Capital, refurbished, re-let and resold at a significant profit to investors.
