Innova 21, the University of Adelaide’s $100 million building for the Faculty of Engineering, Computer & Mathematical Science was awarded 6 Star Green Star Education (V1) rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

In the residential and retirement development sectors, Green Building initiatives include investigating the use of advanced technologies for our residential apartment and retirement developments, including solar cell solar electricity generation, heat pumps for heating and cooling, greywater recycling, extra low power LED and fluorescent lighting technologies.
