Hindmarsh awarded Fenner School Project at ANU

Hindmarsh Construction Australia have been appointed Project and Construction Managers the new Fenner School and Climate Change Institute (CCI) project which will be accommodated in a new 2000m2 building allowing the CCI and Fenner School to co-locate geographically on the Acton Campus of the ANU.

The building will create a landmark for the CCI and the Fenner School and will be the first accredited 6 Star Green Star "design" and "as built" building on the ANU Campus.

It is envisaged that the new building will be a living laboratory, with various environmentally sustainable design initiative on display and able to be used for teaching and ongoing research. The building is envisioned to showcase that environmentally sustainable design can be achieved without a significant cost premium, and that through its life the building will maintain a low environmental impact.
