Ergo attracting young buyers back into the Adelaide CBD

Adelaide homebuyers are flocking to the city with Ergo Apartments announcing more than $29 million worth of sales in the first six months of release. The low-rise residential development by Hindmarsh and the Adelaide City Council is leading a transformation of the south-western quarter of the CBD, which is fast becoming an inner-city hotspot for property buyers.

SA Development Manager Morry Canala says the development – designed by architecture firm Hames Sharley – features the best that city living has to offer and integrates excellence in design and sustainable living with a fantastic location.

"Residents are in easy walking distance to the restaurants of Gouger Street, the Adelaide Central Market and the city centre on the one side, with the beautiful South Parklands on the other in addition to many other attractions in the area," he said. "Ergo will also feature some generous outdoor landscaped spaces that have been carefully planned to access sunlight, while important security measures are also included such as underground car parking and secure bike storage."
