Joint Venture with Queensland Cricket Club

The combined sites will create a development site of approximately 3,500 sqm and is expected to be approved as a 15 and 8 storey mixed use project, comprising 200 apartments, as well as commercial office and retail space.  The current projected project value is $115m for residential, and $5m for retail and commercial. This development will boast a stunning city skyline, Storey Bridge and water views from upper levels, and car parking. 

The properties are located approximately 1.5 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane CBD in the established, inner-city suburb of Kangaroo Point. The properties are situated directly opposite the ‘The Gabba’, an internationally renowned sports stadium which hosts Cricket and Australian Football matches.

Kangaroo Point is situated in close proximity to the major activity centres of Brisbane, including the CBD, Fortitude Valley, Woolloongabba, South Brisbane, and the South Bank Parklands.
