The design and construction of this ‘A’ Grade commercial office building at 243 Northbourne Avenue is an example of a modern, energy efficient building. The building also incorporates car parking for 262 vehicles.

The project included the fitout for the Head Tenant in the building, the Commonwealth Government’s Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

It incorporates a Platypus water management system, providing up to 15% savings on water usage. The air conditioning system was being broken into 200m2 zones to enable operation only in the areas required. The mechanical and electrical services are controlled through a state of the art BMS system that is programmed to run the building as efficiently as possible.
