Hindmarsh were appointed as Construction Managers by Adelaide Motors to deliver a new three level showroom and business centre adjacent to their landmark facility constructed by Hindmarsh in 2008.

The works were staged around existing operational areas commencing with a new office and training room constructed above the spare parts store followed by a new ground floor and mezzanine floor showroom serviced by a car hoist and passenger lift, plus modifications to the existing basement level.

The external façade, in accordance with BMW corporate livery, combines precast panel, sandwich panel, CFC cladding and a structural glazed façade system supported by tensioned steel cables.
