Our Client selected Hindmarsh as a partner for the delivery of this major Data Centre development due to our aptitude for teamwork, reliability of performance, and our corporate culture of innovation and transparency.

 With industry leading power usage efficiency innovations and technology, and 2N backup for all systems Fyshwick has the ability to operate in ‘island mode’ – by using onsite power generators and recycled water to transfer to fully independent ‘off the grid’ operations if needed.

 The project framework is a collaborative, with Hindmarsh leading the delivery of the structural component whilst the client purchases large items of plant, and engages mechanical and electrical contractors directly. This approach has led to significant innovations such as alternate wall systems which have reduced construction duration and cost whilst providing a more physically secure data environment.
