The Hindmarsh Difference

Proactive Stakeholder Management

Hindmarsh worked collaboratively with FCC to manage the local community and their interests during the transformation from the existing on-grade bitumen car park to a three level retail building, with commercial office areas and associated parking.

Construction Excellence

The concrete super structure is a large span post tension structure. The building facade is clad with architectural perforated metal screens and other facade enhancements, including sashless windows and aluminium louvres to plant areas.

Architectural excellence

The entrance to the shopping centre is clearly identified with an architecturally designed awning and decorative flooring feature adjacent to the entry doors.
