The building is an 8 level 12,000m2 commercial office developed as part of the Flinders Link development the IAG Building at 80 Flinders St Adelaide achieved a 5 Star GBCA rating version 1 ‘Design’.
The building also comprises two upper levels of 3,500m2 each that extends over the adjacent Flinders Link Car Park.
The space provided a quality work environment to which IAG attributes improved staff recruitment and retention.
