This 18- storey Scape student accommodation tower houses 620 student rooms across four distinct room types, providing a choice of shared rooms, shared facility, fully contained studios rooms and includes a large rooftop recreation deck with outdoor kitchen, BBQ areas and synthetic grassed areas.

The Scape Student Accommodation is a continuation of the close collaboration with Hindmarsh to support Brisbane City Council’s determination to make Brisbane an international student education hub, gaining momentum with another student accommodation for Brisbane’s busiest CBD.

At the ground level, the proposal provides an entry court from Coronation Drive and a small cafe at the north-eastern corner of the site which aims to activate the street frontage and draw the public into the development. A large planter with landscaping is featured at the Coronation Drive frontage to create a subtropical entrance statement to the building, completed with the large reception, kitchen /dining area, communal area, movie cinema, gym, laundry, office space, and bicycle storage.
