$102m Scape Student Accommodation Vulture Street

The $102 million development features 787 studios of student accommodation, upper level roof terraces, common amenity areas featuring social/break-out spaces, quiet study areas, shared kitchen/dining area, outdoor terraces, hitech IT, and gymnasium and laundry facilities.

The project comprises a North and South Tower, each 15 storeys in height with a link bridge connecting the two towers at each level. In addition, there are bicycle racks for 386 bicycles and on-site car parking for 17 vehicles, a ground floor cafe and retail.

The development was designed utilising best practice sustainable design solutions.
