$40m School of Medicine - University of Western Sydney

The state-of-the-art medical education and research facility at the University of Western Sydney Campbelltown Campus is the home base for the University’s medical students, as well as the School’s academics, researchers and support staff.

The School of Medicine building is one of the most advanced medical training centres in Australia. The striking four-storey development provides students and researchers with specialist teaching and laboratory facilities, including simulated learning spaces for clinical skills learning, an anatomy laboratory, problem-based learning tutorial rooms and state-of-the-art research equipment.

The building incorporates multiple spatial design solutions for a number of functional areas whilst establishing benchmarks for a holistic integration of ecological sustainable design principles.
With a purpose built anatomy teaching facility, wet and dry laboratory spaces, development of infrastructure for population health research, the University of Western Sydney School of Medicine is a key development for the University and the region.
