The Artisan is a seven-storey residential building comprising 50 apartments of one, two, and, three-bedroom compositions, two levels of basement car parking, and, a private communal courtyard. The Artisan faces onto the leafy Kevin Taylor Park and is located only a short walk from the town square.

Internally, the Artisan was designed to bring light into the open-plan living area and bedroom spaces. Individual apartments feature full height glazing and balconies which function as outdoor rooms.
The semi-naturally ventilated basement parking frees up and enhances the public realm by allowing activation of the ground plane enhancing Bowden’s community atmosphere.
